After the analyst semester, students are promoted to working on semester-long client projects as Consultants. They undergo a staffing process in which we match interests, majors, and goals with the varying projects. After performing well as a Consultant, students are promoted to Senior Consultant and can later serve as a Project Manager or Senior Advisor.
